- Monitor journals, accounts to verify accuracy, post adjustments, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Data entry and reconciliations in QuickBooks, Sage 50, Salesforce, Thomson Reuters, Oracle, Peoplesoft.
- Generate and consolidate financial statements and intercompany accounts.
- Collect and process financial data for year‑end tax returns for individuals, small businesses, farms, and sole proprietors.
Administration
- Monitor inventory transactions, transfer cost variances, and related adjustments.
- Conduct internal audits: cash reviews, inventories, A/R & A/P, and bank reconciliations.
- Create and update regular and ad hoc reports for internal and external use.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Develop Excel templates for KPI tracking.
Financial Analysis
- Monitor loan covenants and recommend actions when necessary.
- Analyze and verify transaction accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and make adjustments.
- Create detailed reports and interactive dashboards for management decision‑making.
- Perform account reconciliations and verify financial information for audits.
- Assess private firms’ financials to confirm credit viability and identify risks.
Information Technology
- Analyze and correct data discrepancies before processing adjustments.
- Develop and deliver Excel training sessions for team members.
- Generate reports for detailed analysis and upper management reporting.
